First we read biographies about famous Americans. We got to choose which person we wanted to study. Then we wrote facts that we learned in our reading journals. They were key details about their life. After that, we made timelines and the facts we learned. We shared our timelines with the class. At the end, we wrote an opinion writing about one famous American and thought about the question "Who was the most influential famous American you learned about and why?" Check out our timelines! |
