We are reading a story called Marty McGuire by Kate Messner. We are writing our thinking about each chapter like questions, predictions, what we think the titles of the chapters should be (key details) and more. We post our thinking on our Kidblog. So other people and classes can comment anywhere around the world.
We asked questions we wondered about weather. We answered them by studied and read lots of weather books from the library. We decided to make a mural to share what we learned from the book Sky Color by Peter Reynolds. The author's message was to try to think out of the box like the sky isn't always blue. Sometimes it's pink, orange, yellow, dark blue, and black. |
